When you call us, we will give you an honest, transparent estimated arrival time based on traffic and current dispatch locations.

Our standard trading hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Calls received late at night, on weekends, or during public holidays do incur an after-hours emergency fee to cover our standby staff. However, we always provide a 100% upfront, transparent quote before we begin any repair work, so you face zero surprises.

We can repair any pipework, drainage, or fittings located within your property boundary. If a water main burst or sewage blockage occurs outside your property line on the street, it is generally the responsibility of the City of Gold Coast council. If you are unsure where the blockage sits, we can use our locating equipment to pinpoint it for you.
